Bed Linen is provided in our caravan and apartment accommodation.
Towels can be hired for £5 per person.
When you arrive please check in at reception.
If you arrive early and your holiday home is not quite ready, you are welcome to park in the visitor car park and enjoy the local area.
If you want to leave your car behind at Ayr, there is a branch line station in St Ives. Take the connection to mainline St Erth if you’d like to explore Cornwall by rail. The bus depot is next to the station – look out for the open-top service during the summer – as well as a taxi company.
If you’re using the booking form, please indicate this on the form. If you’re booking by phone, please just ask!
We may not be able to give you your first choice, but we’ll always try. If you book a serviced pitch, you will still pay the serviced pitch rate even if you don’t use the electricity.
Supermarket food deliveries are permitted on the park, please make sure your delivery slot is in line with your arrival time (you must be here on the park to accept your delivery)
Unfortunatley at this time only accommodation bookings can be accessed via the app.

All Ayr Holiday accommodation have a travel cot. Please provide your own bedding for the travel cot. We have some highchairs available, but you must request these when booking- please note we cannot guarantee availability.
During the main holiday season, yes you need to, and well in advance! However as we’re open all year, we do have quieter periods and you may be able to call in and get a pitch or caravan on spec.
It’s always worth a quick phone call in advance just to check.
Small to medium dogs are allowed in some of our caravan types. Please enquire when booking if you want to bring your dog with you on holiday to Ayr Holiday Park.
Small-medium size dogs are accepted all year in the main touring park and from September to June in the camping area.
A charge is made for each dog and there is a field set aside for exercising your pet. Elsewhere dogs must be kept on a lead, not left alone on the park or allowed to cause a nuisance.
It’s a lovely place to visit, and your local friends are welcome. Please ask them to report to Reception when they arrive, and we’ll direct them.
There is a charge for parking and use of the park facilities if you are not a customer of the park- please check in at reception when you arrive where we can assist.
All holiday accommodation has an information folder provided, in this there are emergency numbers provided for local emergency services. Also, inside the reception main door there is a list of local emergency contact numbers on the notice board, this area of reception is accessible 24 hours a day.
Anything found on the park or in the holiday accommodation will be left at reception. Please call to reception to see if anything has been handed in or to report something lost. Ayr Holiday Park does not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen while on the park.
The Stennack surgery is just down the road from Ayr Holiday Park, and there is a hospital in Penzance. The county hospital, The Royal Cornwall, is around 20 miles away this side of Truro.

The nearest Petrol Stations is Texaco, Hayle TR27 6JW located at St Erth, then there are also petrol stations in Hayle town.
Sainsbury’s and Morrisons supermarkets in Penzance have petrol stations.
St Ives has many excellent specialist shops and delis for fantastic local food. There’s also a Tesco in nearby Carbis Bay, an Asda in Hayle, and Sainsbury’s and Morrisons in Penzance. The Penzance supermarkets also have petrol stations.
Pitches: Your pitch will be available from 11:30am. Please don’t arrive after 9:00pm. On your departure day, please vacate your pitch by 11:00am. During the busy season, changeover days for pitches are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Static caravans: Your caravan will be ready after 4:00pm. Please vacate it by 10:00am on your day of departure.
Apartments: Your apartment will be ready after 4:00pm. Please vacate it by 10:00am on your day of departure.
We have a cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel, please call us on 01736 795855 as soon as you can.
On the day of your arrival at the Holiday Park please contact reception before 6pm to notify them that you will be arriving late – arrangements will be made with you at that point. Please note that you cannot arrive for touring after 9pm.
